Standing Alone 孤
Lonely but not bitter. Stand on your own
孤而不苦 獨而自立
One enters the world alone and walks the path of life alone, ever shadowed by the mystery of birth and death. The countless diversions, conventions, and entertainments of the world—whether for pleasing others or oneself—are but temporary distractions from reality. Awakening is, by nature, a solitary journey. Thus arose Chen Zi’ang’s timeless lament:
‘Contemplating the vastness of Heaven and Earth,
I stand alone, and tears fall unbidden.”
Where blossoms flourish, willows whisper.
The world becomes beautiful when strength and gentleness exist together.

A Lone Lamp in the Night Rain
A heart devoted to flowers finds its own peace.
一心為花忙
